This program is designed to tone and sculpt your body. In a small group of six women we design a weight training program incorporating cardiovascular and plyometric exercises to really BURN the fat in order for that muscle to make its appearance! Strength training is just what your body needs to fight the loss of muscle, bone mass and strength that comes with age.
