Dad Bods is a program designed to hit all major muscle groups in a small group training setting. This program is set up in stations and is a full body program. This class will take you through 8 stations of challenging circuits designed to target your full body, heart, and core muscles. Challenge yourself and get ready for a top to bottom workout. If you want to, lose weight, reduce body fat, increase strength, and build muscle, then this is the class for you! Our trainers will provide you with a supportive space to get comfortable using the gym equipment and teach you the proper techniques in order to get maximum results!
