•1 ripe avocado •1 banana •2 Tbsp coconut oil •¼ cup cocoa powder •3 Tbsp agave nectar •1 Tbsp chia seed •1 tsp vanilla •Dash sea salt
Directions: Puree all ingredients together, expect chia seeds (you could also use hemp hearts) make sure you melt coconut oil in microwave first. Once blended, mix in chia seeds or hemp hearts with spoon! Place wax paper on cookie sheet or casserole dish and spray with pam! Spread eventually with spatula or spoon. I sprinkled some cacao nibs on top! (You can find these in health food section) Place in freezer, once frozen cut into 10 pieces! Enjoy!!! Each piece is 100 calories!
