15 lbs & 11.5 Inches
After having 2 children who are now 19 and 16 I decided I needed to get the baby fat off. So for 16 years I have had this weight on. I joined INCHES in March and to date I have lost 1 1/2 lbs. per week. The program is great because you eat the foods that are good for you and you have more energy.
They design the program around your likes and dislikes which is unlike any other program. The support that you get from this team is wonderful and it keeps me on track. I have to give a special thanks to Rob, Naomi and Sebastian for all there hard work and dedication.
